Week 4 of Nutrisystem has came to an end and for once in my life, I am happy to hop on the scale on Monday mornings. This used to be a dreaded task therefore the 2 scales in my home were covered in dust. I've had a HUGE amount of support while on Nutrisystem. Not only my husband who is doing a weight loss program with me but my friends and family as well.  Last week my weigh in was a little disappointing as I had gained 0.8 lbs. This week I actually gained a little less than a pound. I'm not very happy about it but I figure that is to be expected from time to time. I'm pretty well dedicated to the program but there are times that I fall a little short of my 1500 calorie plan so that may be some of the problem. I spoke with my counselor this week and she highly recommends that I meet that at least 1500 per day but no more than 1799 so that is a goal that I am working very hard on. I'm definitely getting my water in each day though. I have a 24 oz water bottle that I refill at least 4 times per day so that really helps me.
