Mangroomer Stainless Steel Detail Groomer Giveaway

Do you have one of those men who always needs your help doing their detail grooming? I do.

My husband is constantly asking me to help him shave his head, or make sure his lines on his beard are even. Usually I oblige him, but secretly curse him under my breath, 'cause I'd much rather be doing something else. I think next time I'll ask him to help me shave my legs and I'll help him shave his head... On second thought, maybe not.

I recently got the chance to review the Mangroomer line of personal grooming products for men. There are several different products in this line, including a hair dryer, a private body shaver, a do it yourself (hallelujah) back hair shaver, a scruff sculpter, a nose hair trimmer and a detail groomer.  I personally received the scruff sculpter, detail groomer and D.I.Y. back hair shaver and I gave them to my husband, who was eager to try them out. His experience: When the boxes arrived, He quickly opened  them like a kid at Christmas time. He was very excited to try them out, but was disappointed to learn you need to charge the scruff sculpter a full 16 hrs to get a good result. So he plugged it in, and we waited... 16 hrs.  In the meantime, I took some time to familiarize myself with the workings of the Scruff Sculpter.  Shown here. The first thing I noticed was the digital display. It was bright and easy to read, which is good for those of us who can't see as well as we used to. With easy to use up and down arrows to change between the .03mm to 5mm length, there's a cut for everyone. The next thing I noticed was the "whisker belly". A collection spot for all those loose whiskers that always find their way into the sink or floor. (This MUST've been designed by a woman) The scruff sculpter has a neat little button at the bottom that gives you an extra burst of cutting power, good for extra long or coarse stubble. With it's rubberized ergonomic grip, it's very stable in the hand and it fit nicely in both my husband's hand as well as mine (and my 17 yr old son, who has since stolen it and claimed it as his own). After reading the instructions, I also learned that after the initial 16 hr charge, the battery only takes a few hrs to fully recharge after use.  My husband has a medium amount of hair on his face, not too long and not really short and he said this trimmer worked very well. Almost too well. The settings are definitely designed to only trim scruff, not a full mustache, so if you're not careful, you could trim off more hair than you want to. He said the blades were smooth, no tugging or pulling and he had no irritation after using the scruff sculpter. There's a great informational video, you can watch HERE. The other really great product we were able to try was the D.I.Y.back hair trimmer.  Shown here. The back hair shaver is also cordless and rechargeable, which is great, because you don't have to fuss with changing batteries or getting tangled in cords. It sports an adjustable handle to fit any and all reaches. It has a 1.5 inch blade for a wide cut which means fewer strokes and less time in the bathroom. It has a locking blade so you won't accidentally cut yourself. It is very lightweight and easy to grasp. I didn't actually use it on my back, but i would assume that it would make quick and easy work of a very daunting job. My husband tried this shaver and said it was great! He said it did exactly what it was designed to do with very minimal effort.  With a product like this, men have no excuse to run around looking like they are wearing a fur coat when they have their shirt off... Not hot!!! Last, but not least, we received the Stainless Steel Detail Groomer.  Shown here. This is a very handy little tool that has 3 different attachments. These attachments are used for everything from trimming nose hair, the" always attractive" ear hair,  along the neckline, the eyebrows and on the sideburns. It is waterproof, so you can trim up while in the shower if necessary and also makes clean up a snap, just rinse it under running water and you're done. This tool gives a man the freedom to take care of his all of  own personal grooming needs, which is as good for me as it is for him. These are all really great products, but you don't have to take my word for it. The nice folks over at ManGroomer have generously agreed to give one Stainless Steel Detail Trimmer (Shown Below) to one of you lucky readers.  See the easy Rafflecopter widget below to get your entries in. GOOD LUCK!!!
