BULU Box Testimonial

Check out what fellow blogger My Journey to Living Well had to say about her FREE Bulu Box and it's contents!

I recently took advantage of an offer posted at Down South Savings for a Free Bulu Box. The offer promotes a coupon code for a free box when you sign up for a subscription, cancel anytime. I signed up for the free box, waited until it shipped and then cancelled it, it didn't cost me anything. I received my Bulu Box shortly thereafter and have since been using some of the products. I was so impressed by two products in particular that I felt compelled to write this post.

The first product that I tried was the Immuno Gum - Mixed Berry Flavor. The front of the package states that you can "Get Your Daily Immunity Boost with Zinc, Vit C, Echinacea, Elderberry and More". Sounds pretty good, right? I thought so but I didn't actually try it until I woke up one morning with a sore throat. My kids had been sick so I thought I was probably getting the bug that they had. Great. I remembered the gum and thought it couldn't hurt to try it. I'm not going to lie, its not the best tasting gum in the world. Its not horrible, but it's not great. The taste didn't really matter though because after I started chewing for about 5 minutes my sore throat literally started to disappear, I could FEEL it going away. On another occasion, after eating too many sunflower seeds for a week straight (I'm an addict) I started getting the sore throat feeling again (from the salt I suppose) so I tried the gum again with the same result. I just want to be clear that the product does NOT advertise this, but this is what I experienced with it. I've never been so impressed with ANY product and I wanted to share.

The other product that I loved in the box was the Sinus - Homeopathic Medicine by Washington Homeopathic Products, Inc. The claim on this product is "For the relief of thick mucus draining into the throat, frequent hawking, headache from congestion." Its all natural, safe and non-habit forming. The first thing I noticed about the pill is how teeny-tiny they are. I decided to try it after a particularly bad sinus headache that was lasting for a few days. I took one of the pills without reading the directions and noticed no result so I forgot about them for awhile. One week and another headache later I picked up the package again and happened to see the directions that I had failed to follow before. They state to let the pill dissolve on the tongue (they don't taste bad) and take every 2 hours for four doses. Lo-and-behold after taking the pills according to the directions, it worked! I wasn't drowsy like after taking most sinus medicines and there is no worry about what's in it or if its safe.

Thank you for this promotion, I never would have tried this products if not for the free box.

  1. I wasn't very impressed with the box that I received, but this looks like a much better selection. It would be interesting to see what everyone gets over a period of several months to better form an opinion.

Kalorik Steam Mop Review and Giveaway Ends 1-26-13

I recently had the pleasure of working with  Kalorik  and do a review of their  Kalorik Steam Mop . This couldn't have came at a better time. I'm in the "New Year, New You" mode right now and there are lots of things I want to change. Harsh Chemical use is one of those things. The Kalorik Steam Mop works off of ordinary tap water! No detergents, soaps or chemicals needed! You can use the Kalorik Steam Mop to clean linoleum, ceramic tile, stone, marble, carpet, sealed hardwood, parquet and more! It's also very light weight and easy to use! I spoke with Kalorik via email on a Wednesday morning, and less than 48 hours my product arrived via FedEx! Two Thumbs Up! Upon arrival, it took all of 10 minutes to have it open, put together, and ready to use. It came with 2 small screws to attach the base to the actual cleaner, throw a microfiber pad on the base and we were ready to steam! I have hardwood flooring in my entire house so floor care is not something t...

Mabel's Labels Review

Signs of April receives free products for review purposes and may sometimes be compensated for posts. Posts may also contain affiliate (marketing) links. Thank you to  Mabel's Labels  for sending out their Name Label Gift Pack for us to review.  Labeling is pretty important this day in time. Especially when you have children in school.  Being organized and having everything labeled is very important in our home and even more important for her school items.  We were able to customize our labels, as you will as well. Emma, aka The Baby Child, LOVES any and everything Unicorn so that's what we went with.  Things are often very easily picked up and never returned because something wasn't labeled with a name. She's also very notorious for leaving things at school or on the bus, so these labels will be a game changer!  The Name Label Gift Pack comes with 25 labels which is more than enough to label her school items.  We labeled her lunchbox, ben...
