Talking “Si” Clock Review

Thank You to The Wish Factory for providing me with their products free of charge in exchange for my honest review.

The Wish Factory is a trendsetter in the toy, licensing, entertainment and consumer product industry. They have many great products to choose from! However, being a huge fan of the ever so popular Duck Dynasty, we chose the Talking "Si" Clock to base our review. My 15 year old son absolutely LOVES Uncle Si so I knew this would be perfect for him and hopefully motivate him to get out of the bed a little easier in the mornings!

Duck Dynasty is breaking records as one of the fastest growing and most buzzed about shows on television. For the biggest Duck Dynasty fan, The Wish Factory has created an animated talking alarm clock featuring everyone’s favorite uncle, Si Robertson, dressed in his signature camouflage outfit.

When your alarm goes off in the morning or when you push the button at the base of the clock, the popular ZZ Top song “Sharp Dressed Man” will play or Si’s mouth will move to say one of 8 phrases including:

• “Red neck rule number one, get up when the alarm goes off!”
• “Everybody’s running around like chickens with their legs cut off.”
• “Hey I came here to drink iced tea and kick but!”
• “Look at this icy stare I’ve got.”

Just check him out!

For this and more check out the Duck Dynasty Fan Store! You can find the popular plush collectibles, mechanical novelties such as the Deluxe Talking Duck and accessories! I simply cannot wait to purchase a few of their items to add to my kids stockings this year! The Wish Factory also has many other items to choose from including One Direction items so be sure to head on over and check them out! We are extremely pleased with out products and will definitely be a return customer!

Kalorik Steam Mop Review and Giveaway Ends 1-26-13

I recently had the pleasure of working with  Kalorik  and do a review of their  Kalorik Steam Mop . This couldn't have came at a better time. I'm in the "New Year, New You" mode right now and there are lots of things I want to change. Harsh Chemical use is one of those things. The Kalorik Steam Mop works off of ordinary tap water! No detergents, soaps or chemicals needed! You can use the Kalorik Steam Mop to clean linoleum, ceramic tile, stone, marble, carpet, sealed hardwood, parquet and more! It's also very light weight and easy to use! I spoke with Kalorik via email on a Wednesday morning, and less than 48 hours my product arrived via FedEx! Two Thumbs Up! Upon arrival, it took all of 10 minutes to have it open, put together, and ready to use. It came with 2 small screws to attach the base to the actual cleaner, throw a microfiber pad on the base and we were ready to steam! I have hardwood flooring in my entire house so floor care is not something t...

Mabel's Labels Review

Signs of April receives free products for review purposes and may sometimes be compensated for posts. Posts may also contain affiliate (marketing) links. Thank you to  Mabel's Labels  for sending out their Name Label Gift Pack for us to review.  Labeling is pretty important this day in time. Especially when you have children in school.  Being organized and having everything labeled is very important in our home and even more important for her school items.  We were able to customize our labels, as you will as well. Emma, aka The Baby Child, LOVES any and everything Unicorn so that's what we went with.  Things are often very easily picked up and never returned because something wasn't labeled with a name. She's also very notorious for leaving things at school or on the bus, so these labels will be a game changer!  The Name Label Gift Pack comes with 25 labels which is more than enough to label her school items.  We labeled her lunchbox, ben...

Never Go Down Without A Fight: One Mom's Struggle to Fight CPS

Many people don't know a whole lot about my personal life. I normally keep things quiet and just post my reviews and go on about my day. I started this blog to do coupon match ups but quickly found that I liked doing reviews and hosting the amazing giveaways. It pretty much keeps my mind occupied from the struggles I face and have faced daily the past 4 years.  Four years ago (next month) I lost custody of my then 8 year old daughter. She had gone to her Dad's for a 2 week summer visit in July of 09. I let her go a few days early simply because we weren't doing anything big here at home, however I told them that she would probably be needing a visit to the the Dr by the next morning because she had just gotten into some poison ivy and it would probably be spread by the next morning, but if they were willing to take her, then she could come early. The two weeks came and went and I didn't hear much from anyone. They had taken a trip to Panama City Beach so I didn...
