Identical Twins! Born 4/14/13

Our newest additions born 4/14/13

FINALLY! We have waited and waited. I just knew she was in labor 2 weeks ago and lost many nights of sleep thinking I heard "kids" outside. The time FINALLY came! Mama and Kids are doing great! Maple and Willow seem to like them and "Surprise" doesn't seem to care one way or the other! Next post will be of the 11 new baby chicks hatched out this morning!

  6. Aren't the babies so adorable? Around our neighborhood we have baby everythings: chicks and lambs and, unfortunately feral and stray kittens and puppies. I spend a lot of time feeding and trying to make sure the cats and dogs have sufficient care, but they do have very tough lives ahead of them.

Kalorik Steam Mop Review and Giveaway Ends 1-26-13

I recently had the pleasure of working with  Kalorik  and do a review of their  Kalorik Steam Mop . This couldn't have came at a better time. I'm in the "New Year, New You" mode right now and there are lots of things I want to change. Harsh Chemical use is one of those things. The Kalorik Steam Mop works off of ordinary tap water! No detergents, soaps or chemicals needed! You can use the Kalorik Steam Mop to clean linoleum, ceramic tile, stone, marble, carpet, sealed hardwood, parquet and more! It's also very light weight and easy to use! I spoke with Kalorik via email on a Wednesday morning, and less than 48 hours my product arrived via FedEx! Two Thumbs Up! Upon arrival, it took all of 10 minutes to have it open, put together, and ready to use. It came with 2 small screws to attach the base to the actual cleaner, throw a microfiber pad on the base and we were ready to steam! I have hardwood flooring in my entire house so floor care is not something t...

Disclosure: I receive sample(s) for purpose of testing and review. My opinions are my own and may differ from those of your own.  I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”  I recently had the opportunity to work with  Plant Therapy  and review their 14 Essential Oil Set.  This 14 Essential Oil Set (7 Synergies and 7 Singles) Includes 100% Pure, Therapeutic Grade of: Sensual , Energy, Germ Fighter, Relax, Immune-Aid, Tranquil, Invigor-Aid, Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Orange, Lemon & Cinnamon. Each are 10 ml each.  The use of essential oils is a hot topic right now so I was excited to get to do this review.   There are many benefits to using essential oils and I thought I would outline a few in my review. Lavender oil’s soft scent is said to help calm the nervous system a...

Mabel's Labels Review

Signs of April receives free products for review purposes and may sometimes be compensated for posts. Posts may also contain affiliate (marketing) links. Thank you to  Mabel's Labels  for sending out their Name Label Gift Pack for us to review.  Labeling is pretty important this day in time. Especially when you have children in school.  Being organized and having everything labeled is very important in our home and even more important for her school items.  We were able to customize our labels, as you will as well. Emma, aka The Baby Child, LOVES any and everything Unicorn so that's what we went with.  Things are often very easily picked up and never returned because something wasn't labeled with a name. She's also very notorious for leaving things at school or on the bus, so these labels will be a game changer!  The Name Label Gift Pack comes with 25 labels which is more than enough to label her school items.  We labeled her lunchbox, ben...
