If there is one thing we love around my house it's seafood! Whether it be shrimp, crab or fish, it is devoured in no time. That is why I am pleased to be a part of Gorton's blogger program! My favorite Gorton's product at the moment is their Salmon, while my husbands is the Tilapia. The kids of course still enjoy their fish sticks and fish sandwiches. One way to mix it up to make sure they are getting their greens is add the fish to a salad. It gives the salad a twist and they are still getting the fish they want and love!
Not only are Gorton's products delicious, they are also very affordable! A bag of 30 fish fillets at my local Wal-Mart is around $10 allowing me to feed them several different meals from the same bag. One recipe that I cannot wait to try is their Southwest Tortilla with Grilled Corn Salsa! It looks delicious and makes my mouth water every time I see the recipe!
