 Did You Know:

BPA is a man-made carbon-based synthetic compound belonging to the group ofdiphenylmethane derivatives and bisphenolsA 2010 report from the United States FDA identified possible hazards to fetuses, infants, and young children. Therefore, I always look to make sure any product that will be used by my family is BPA Free.

I received their Straight Wall 22 oz Bottle and their Basic Tote Lunch Bag
The Straightwall Bottle is made with BPA Free Tritan material and has a flash sipper cap. The cap is very easy top open and the bottle extremely easy to carry. Since doing a lot of walking lately I wanted a cup that I could carry easily. The black handle on top of the bottle fits great in my fingers and I can just grab it and go making it a great choice for me to take on my daily walk. I've also noticed if I enjoy a bottle, it makes it much easier for me to drink the water that I need everyday. With my previous bottle, I always had a large water ring on my table and would just get frustrated and dump it. With the Straighwall bottle I have not had that issue! So definitely thank you to Cool gear for making a stylish/no mess hydration bottle!

The Basic Tote lunch bag is fully insulated, meaning I can keep my food hot/cold. Whether I'm packing my daughters lunch or needing the bag to bring ice cream home from the grocery store. It would also be a great tag along for a small picnic! It has an exterior zipper compartment that is a good enough size you could send a note to the teacher or lunch money in. The tote is also BPA Free and Lead and Phthalate safe.

Kalorik Steam Mop Review and Giveaway Ends 1-26-13

I recently had the pleasure of working with  Kalorik  and do a review of their  Kalorik Steam Mop . This couldn't have came at a better time. I'm in the "New Year, New You" mode right now and there are lots of things I want to change. Harsh Chemical use is one of those things. The Kalorik Steam Mop works off of ordinary tap water! No detergents, soaps or chemicals needed! You can use the Kalorik Steam Mop to clean linoleum, ceramic tile, stone, marble, carpet, sealed hardwood, parquet and more! It's also very light weight and easy to use! I spoke with Kalorik via email on a Wednesday morning, and less than 48 hours my product arrived via FedEx! Two Thumbs Up! Upon arrival, it took all of 10 minutes to have it open, put together, and ready to use. It came with 2 small screws to attach the base to the actual cleaner, throw a microfiber pad on the base and we were ready to steam! I have hardwood flooring in my entire house so floor care is not something t...

Mabel's Labels Review

Signs of April receives free products for review purposes and may sometimes be compensated for posts. Posts may also contain affiliate (marketing) links. Thank you to  Mabel's Labels  for sending out their Name Label Gift Pack for us to review.  Labeling is pretty important this day in time. Especially when you have children in school.  Being organized and having everything labeled is very important in our home and even more important for her school items.  We were able to customize our labels, as you will as well. Emma, aka The Baby Child, LOVES any and everything Unicorn so that's what we went with.  Things are often very easily picked up and never returned because something wasn't labeled with a name. She's also very notorious for leaving things at school or on the bus, so these labels will be a game changer!  The Name Label Gift Pack comes with 25 labels which is more than enough to label her school items.  We labeled her lunchbox, ben...

Never Go Down Without A Fight: One Mom's Struggle to Fight CPS

Many people don't know a whole lot about my personal life. I normally keep things quiet and just post my reviews and go on about my day. I started this blog to do coupon match ups but quickly found that I liked doing reviews and hosting the amazing giveaways. It pretty much keeps my mind occupied from the struggles I face and have faced daily the past 4 years.  Four years ago (next month) I lost custody of my then 8 year old daughter. She had gone to her Dad's for a 2 week summer visit in July of 09. I let her go a few days early simply because we weren't doing anything big here at home, however I told them that she would probably be needing a visit to the the Dr by the next morning because she had just gotten into some poison ivy and it would probably be spread by the next morning, but if they were willing to take her, then she could come early. The two weeks came and went and I didn't hear much from anyone. They had taken a trip to Panama City Beach so I didn...
