Hammacher Schlemmer Empire State Building Micro Block Set Review

Thank You to Hammacher Schlemmer for providing me with their products free of charge in exchange for my honest review.

I received The Empire State Building Micro Block Set to base my review

My 13 year old son loves anything that he can build. Since he  was walking he has been a fan of blocks. There is truly nothing he cannot build with a good set of blocks. I was super excited to find this Empire State Building Block Set on their site. I knew immediately that this would be something he would truly enjoy. It keeps him focused and paying attention to detail. This is the perfect gift for the builder in your life.

About the product:

This set forms New York City's iconic Empire State Building. Composing 740 multi-sized pieces, the model snaps together easily with the aid of an included color instruction booklet that guides builders through constructing a series of modules to form the 1:2065-scale model. The block's different colors and sizes produce recognizable details of Manhattan's most famous landmark, such as translucent blue blocks that make up its 6,500 windows and gray blocks that form its Indiana limestone exterior. Other details include the numerous architectural setbacks that reproduce its multi-terraced, tapering shape and its unmistakable pinnacle. This set is recommended for those ages 8 and up.

Buy It! You can purchase this set directly from their site HERE for $49.95

Kalorik Steam Mop Review and Giveaway Ends 1-26-13

I recently had the pleasure of working with  Kalorik  and do a review of their  Kalorik Steam Mop . This couldn't have came at a better time. I'm in the "New Year, New You" mode right now and there are lots of things I want to change. Harsh Chemical use is one of those things. The Kalorik Steam Mop works off of ordinary tap water! No detergents, soaps or chemicals needed! You can use the Kalorik Steam Mop to clean linoleum, ceramic tile, stone, marble, carpet, sealed hardwood, parquet and more! It's also very light weight and easy to use! I spoke with Kalorik via email on a Wednesday morning, and less than 48 hours my product arrived via FedEx! Two Thumbs Up! Upon arrival, it took all of 10 minutes to have it open, put together, and ready to use. It came with 2 small screws to attach the base to the actual cleaner, throw a microfiber pad on the base and we were ready to steam! I have hardwood flooring in my entire house so floor care is not something t...

Mabel's Labels Review

Signs of April receives free products for review purposes and may sometimes be compensated for posts. Posts may also contain affiliate (marketing) links. Thank you to  Mabel's Labels  for sending out their Name Label Gift Pack for us to review.  Labeling is pretty important this day in time. Especially when you have children in school.  Being organized and having everything labeled is very important in our home and even more important for her school items.  We were able to customize our labels, as you will as well. Emma, aka The Baby Child, LOVES any and everything Unicorn so that's what we went with.  Things are often very easily picked up and never returned because something wasn't labeled with a name. She's also very notorious for leaving things at school or on the bus, so these labels will be a game changer!  The Name Label Gift Pack comes with 25 labels which is more than enough to label her school items.  We labeled her lunchbox, ben...
