One of The Baby Child's favorite recipes is my Crockpot Crack Chicken. It's SUPER easy and only 3 ingredients.
For this recipe I used
4 Bonesless / Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Block of Cream Cheese
1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
(If you prefer a richer taste, you can add more cream cheese and/or ranch.)
I laid the chicken in the crock pot and cut the cream cheese into cubes. After the chicken has cooked for about an hour to get the juices in the pot, I throw in the softened cream cheese and the ranch packet. Stir well and cook on low for a total of 6 hours. High for 4 hours, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, I shred it apart with forks and serve on buns.
You can also make this a meal by pairing it with your favorite veggies. It's delicious on mashed potatoes!
The little one preferred hers as a sandwich, paired with her favorite Goldfish Crackers.
