Innate Vitality: Vitamin B12 (ad)

 If you're like me at all, you're always tired and have little to no energy. I spoke with my Dr about this, and we did blood work, only to find out that I had a VERY LOW B12 level. He offered me the option of a weekly shot for 4 weeks, then monthly, but I asked for something not in shot form. He recommended a 5000 mcg B12 supplement per day. After a few weeks, I personally did feel better. I had a little more energy, and my blood sugar levels seemed to stabilize some. This is just MY personal result and opinion.
